The WDW-50 electronic universal testing machine adopts a speed regulating AC servo system and an AC servo motor as the driving system, with computer data acquisition and processing. It is a high-precision material testing equipment that can achieve closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of a testing host (including frame, base, transmission system), fixtures, deformation measurement system, software system, and electrical system. The testing force is 50kN, and the accuracy level of the testing machine is 0.5.
The testing machine is a double screw door type, dual space structure, with a tension space between the upper and lower crossbeams and a compression space between the lower crossbeam and the test bench. The testing space is automatically adjusted by a servo motor driving the lower crossbeam up and down through a transmission system. The upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with clamping jaws, and standard models are equipped with V-shaped and flat jaws for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens for tensile testing; The bottom end of the lower crossbeam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressure plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressure plate, which can be directly used for compression testing.
The design of the mainframe of the testing machine considers the possibility of expanding and assembling other fixtures to complete more experiments. For example, installing bending fixtures can be used for bending tests of round bars or plates, installing shear fixtures can be used for shear strength tests of round bars, and adding devices such as anti bending, shear, splitting, peeling, tearing, and elastic modulus meters in compressed space can complete corresponding mechanical performance tests.
The testing machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of standards such as GB/T16491, GB/T2611, GB/T228, GB/T7614, GB/T8653, and can also conduct tests and provide data according to ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, and other standards.
