Performance characteristics:

Adopting ceramic glass electric heating plates with magnetic stirring, the temperature control method adopts bottom heating method, which meets the requirements of the new standard; Automatically control the heating rate within the standard requirement range (5 ± 0.5 ℃/min) through PLC, and display the heating curve in real time.

3. It has two test modes, high and low temperature, switchable, and has over temperature protection function.

(1) When the softening point is ≤ 80 ℃, the heating rate reaches and stabilizes at 5 ℃/min ± 0.5 ℃/min within 3 minutes;

(2) When the softening point is greater than 80 ℃, the heating rate stabilizes at 5 ℃/min ± 0.5 ℃/min after the test temperature reaches 60 ℃.

4. Equipped with magnetic stirring function to ensure uniform temperature inside the beaker; The stirring speed can be adjusted and equipped with a high-precision speed measurement device, which displays real-time speed (r/min) on the test interface.

5. Realize automatic detection and recording of falling balls through photoelectric detection technology, without the need for manual operation. The equipment has two detection modes: manual/automatic, which can be switched according to actual needs for testing.

6. The device has temperature multi-point calibration function, which can match the displayed temperature with the measured temperature of the thermometer through calibration.

7. The equipment is equipped with a cooling and heat dissipation system, which automatically starts up after the test is completed

The heating device provides efficient local heat dissipation, which can effectively shorten the interval time between secondary tests.
