Vicat apparatus

The Vicat-100 intelligent cement slurry Vicat meter is mainly suitable for Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, volcanic ash Portland cement, composite Portland cement, and other types of cement specified to use this method. The cement standard consistency slurry has a certain resistance to the sinking of the standard test rod (or test push). To determine the required amount of water to be added to cement standard consistency slurries by testing the penetrability of cement slurries with different moisture contents. The setting time refers to the time required for the standard scheduling slurry to sink into the cement standard consistency slurry to a certain depth, starting from the mixing of cement into water.

System composition: The instrument mainly consists of a chassis bracket, touch display, screw lifting system, sliding components, displacement measurement system, and other parts.
